Key Responsibilities:
Renewals Executive handles client interactions, solves the customer queries, reminds customers of their insurance policy renewal payments.
Reminding clients on policy renewals through email, phone calls, SMS. Follow-up and co-ordinate with necessary departments to deliver solution to the clients.
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.
Offer timely and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues.
Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
Job Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in Tamil. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A Graduate is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
