We are hiring Voice Process Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide customer support, resolve queries, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Handle inbound & outbound voice calls professionally
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information
Resolve customer issues, queries, and complaints effectively
Maintain proper call records and update CRM systems
Follow company processes and quality standards
Achieve daily call targets and performance metrics
Maintain polite, clear, and professional communication at all times
🎯 Candidate Requirements
Minimum HSC / Graduate
Fresher & experienced candidates can apply
