Position: Tellecaller Executive (Lead Generation)

Languages Required: Tamil & Malayalam

Location: Thoraipakkam Chennai

We are hiring enthusiastic Telecaller professionals to join our Personal Loan – Lead Generation process. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers for personal loan lead generation.

- Explain product details clearly and persuasively in Tamil/Malayalam.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation.

- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any graduate/12th pass candidates can apply.

Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates welcome.

Skills: Good communication in Tamil/Malayalam, basic computer knowledge.

Work Schedule

- Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

- Week Off: Sunday fixed
