Voice Process Executive

We are looking for a Voice Process Executive to join our team at Accenture to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Health/ Term Insurance. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹14000 - ₹18700 and opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and candidate must be a fresher. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 5 days working during the Night shift.
