Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and fluent Kannada-speaking professionals for a voice-based customer support role. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with queries, and ensure a smooth communication experience. Candidates with a DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certificate will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions in Kannada via phone calls

• Provide accurate information and resolve queries efficiently

• Maintain call logs and update CRM systems

• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines

• Meet daily and weekly call targets

Requirements

• Fluency in Kannada and basic English communication

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Any Graduate

• Freshers and experienced candidates welcome

• DRA Certificate is an added advantage

• Good listening and interpersonal skills

• Immediate joiners preferred

Work Schedule

• 6 Days Working (Sunday fixed off)

• Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
