Position: Process Associate (Outbound Calling)
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift Timings:

• Monday–Friday: 4:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

• Saturday: 4:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
  Location: Kirti Nagar, Delhi
  Experience Required: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in an international outbound call center
  Key Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  Salary Range: ₹18,000–₹25,000 in-hand per month + Incentives + One-sided cab facility + One meal + Fixed Sunday off
