Position: Technical Support – Voice (International Troubleshooting Process)

📍 Location: Gurgaon

Salary: Up to ₹31,000 CTC per month

Qualification:

• Undergraduates and Graduates are eligible

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice – Technical Troubleshooting (BPO) is required

• Must have hands-on experience in hardware and software troubleshooting via voice support

Work Schedule:

• 5 Days Working

• Rotational Shifts and Rotational Week Offs

Age Limit:

• 18 to 35 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound technical support calls for international customers

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues effectively

• Provide step-by-step assistance with system errors, installations, and configurations

• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt resolution and professional communication

• Log all customer interactions and resolutions accurately

Preferred Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and empathy
