About the Role

Transcom is hiring Customer Support Executives for our US Healthcare Voice Process team. If you have a knack for handling calls, addressing queries, and providing top-tier customer support, this role is for you. You'll be a part of a fast-paced environment, helping customers with appointment setting and medical billing queries.

This is a 2-month contractual role, ideal for 6 Months or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer calls related to medical appointment setting and billing.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when required.
