Role: Customer Support Executive – Voice & Non-Voice

Location: Noida

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month in-hand

Experience: 0–3 years in BPO/Customer Support

Gender: Male & Female candidates can apply

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: 5 days working

Weekly Off: 2 days

Shifts: General & Rotational


Key Responsibilities


- Handle customer queries through Voice or Non-Voice channels.

- Provide accurate and professional customer support.

- Resolve customer issues and maintain service quality.

- Follow company processes and performance standards.


Eligibility


- 0–3 years of BPO/Customer Support experience.

- Good communication skills.

- Comfortable with general and rotational shifts.

- Willing to work from the Noida office.

- Candidates can be considered for Voice or Non-Voice processes based on the requirement.
