Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Calling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, handling inquiries, and providing information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers for sales, follow-ups, or feedback.

  • Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries.

  • Explain product details clearly to customers.

  • Maintain customer data and update records regularly.

  • Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.

  • Maintain polite and professional communication at all times.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi/Marathi/English as required).

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, etc.).

  • Confident and positive attitude.

  • Ability to handle customer objections.
