📍 Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

📆 Working Days: 6 days/week (Weekly rotational off – Not on Sundays)

🕒 Shift Timing: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM (9 hours/day, rotational)

Handle customer queries through calls, chat, and email

Assist with orders, returns, cancellations, and delivery-related issues

Ensure a professional and seamless customer experience across all channels

✅ Eligibility:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass (PUC); Graduation preferred

Experience: 6 months – 2 years in customer support (voice/chat/email)

🌐 Language Requirements (Fluency Must Be Strong – Not Just Manageable):

Hindi+ Telugu
