Customer Support Executive – Voice/Chat Process

Location: Gurgaon, Noida, Jaipur
Shift: Night Shift (5 days working, rotational week offs)

Eligibility:

·        Graduates – Freshers eligible

·        Undergraduates – Minimum 6 months International BPO experience

·        For Travel Process: Minimum 1 year experience in the travel domain in BPO

Communication Skills:

·        Excellent English communication skills (verbal)

·        No Mother Tongue Influence (MTI)

Salary Range:

·        Freshers: ₹14,000 – ₹25,000 In-Hand (based on interview)

·        Experienced: ₹24,000 – ₹37,000 In-Hand (based on process & experience)

Roles & Responsibilities:

·        Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for international customers

·        Provide accurate information and resolve queries within the defined TAT

·        Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication

·        Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system

·        Adhere to quality standards, compliance, and process guidelines

·        Achieve daily and monthly performance targets
