Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries through calls and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Assist customers with Kotak 811 banking-related queries and services.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information.
• Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer service.
• Follow defined process guidelines and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of sales or customer care experience.
• English and Hindi communication is mandatory.
• Prior voice, inbound customer support, or sales experience is preferred.
• Good communication and active listening skills.
