Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Call Executives to join our vibrant sales team at our Pimpri-Chinchwad office. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students through outbound calls, effectively pitching our flagship stock market courses that delve into technical analysis and live trading methodologies. This role demands a strong understanding of financial markets, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for sales and financial education
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Qualification & Outreach
* Conduct outbound calls to pre-qualified leads (provided by Intelligence7.in) and strategically identify new potential students
* Initiate compelling conversations to understand the prospective student's interest in the stock market, their current knowledge level, and their financial learning goals
* Educate potential students on the unique benefits, practical application, and comprehensive features of our technical analysis and live trading courses
* Sales & Course Pitching
* Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations over the phone, clearly articulating the value proposition of Intelligence7.in's courses
* Fluidly explain complex financial concepts related to technical indicators, chart patterns, risk management, trading psychology, and live market execution in an easily digestible manner
* Skillfully handle objections and concerns, demonstrating deep product knowledge and a clear understanding of the stock market landscape
* Successfully close sales and consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets
* Customer Relationship Management
* Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all interactions, discussions, and sales activities within our CRM system
* Proactively follow up with leads through calls and messages (as needed) to nurture relationships and guide them through the enrollment funnel
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle, building trust and rapport with potential students
* Market Knowledge & Continuous Learning
* Stay abreast of the latest trends, news, and developments in the Indian and global stock markets, particularly concerning technical analysis and trading strategies
* Continuously enhance personal product knowledge of Intelligence7.in's course content, updates, and competitive advantages
* Actively participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops provided by Intelligence7.in to refine sales techniques and deepen financial market expertise
* Team Collaboration
* Work collaboratively with the sales team, marketing department, and course instructors to optimize lead conversion and student satisfaction
* Provide valuable feedback to management on lead quality, market insights, and customer feedback to contribute to business growth strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is highly preferred
* Experience
* Proven experience (1-3 years) in tele-sales, outbound calling, or direct sales, with a demonstrable track record of achieving targets
* Prior experience in the education, financial services, investment, or FinTech sector is a significant advantage
* Experience pitching and closing sales over the phone is essential
* Knowledge & Passion
* Genuine interest and enthusiasm for the stock market and financial education
* Communication
* Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi is a plus
* Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly, concisely, and engagingly to individuals with varying levels of prior knowledge
* Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
