Job Description

Voice & Non-Voice Customer Support Executive

  • Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat queries professionally.

  • Provide prompt and accurate support for banking-related products and services.

  • Upsell banking products such as credit/debit card upgrades, EMI conversions, loan top-ups, and insurance plans.

  • Resolve customer concerns while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated customer issues.

  • Achieve individual performance targets, including quality, productivity, and sales metrics.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend incoming customer calls and respond to customer queries effectively.

  • Deliver excellent customer service with a customer-first approach.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products.

  • Cross-sell and upsell financial products to eligible customers.

  • Resolve customer complaints within the defined turnaround time.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow-ups.

  • Meet daily and monthly KPIs, including customer satisfaction, call quality, and sales targets.

  • Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines.

  • Work in rotational shifts and adapt to changing business requirements.

  • Collaborate with team members and support continuous process improvements.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹23,000 per month (In-hand may vary based on deductions)

  • Working Hours: 9 hours/day, 6 days/week with rotational weekly off

  • Shift Timings:

    • Male: 24×7 rotational shifts

    • Female: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM rotational shifts
