Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable communicating with customers in Hindi and English.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls.
Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Communicate professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate issues when required.
Maintain accurate customer and call-related information.
Meet process quality and performance targets.
Requirements
12th / PUC or Graduation preferred.
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer-service-oriented attitude.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates should be willing to work from the Bengaluru location.
