🚨 We’re Hiring | NOC Engineer – Telecom / ISP Support 🚨

AI TELCO Limited is expanding its Network Operations team and is looking for a NOC Engineer to support our Telecom & ISP operations.

📌 Position: NOC Engineer / NOC Support
📌 Industry: Telecom / ISP
📌 Shift: 24×7 (Rotational)
📌 Location: Dwarka, New Delhi.


🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • 24×7 monitoring of network, voice, and IP infrastructure

  • Troubleshooting L1/L2 network and VoIP issues

  • Handling SIP, routing, latency, packet loss, and call-quality issues

  • Coordinating with carriers, vendors, and internal technical teams

  • Incident management, escalation, and SLA tracking

  • Maintaining logs, reports, and shift handovers

🧠 Required Skills

  • Strong fundamentals of IP Networking (TCP/IP, SIP, RTP)

  • Knowledge of Telecom/VoIP platforms, softswitches, SBCs (preferred)

  • Familiarity with ISP networks and monitoring tools

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts

🎓 Qualifications

  • Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA or equivalent.

  • 0–3 years of experience (Freshers with networking/telecom knowledge are welcome).
