Work Time - 10 AM To 8PM

Working responsibility

1. Respond to daily WhatsApp inquiries from customers promptly and professionally.
2. Share product details, answer queries, and assist customers in placing orders.
3. Maintain proper records of orders received and update order status.
4. Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team for timely deliveries.
5. Follow up with clients for pending orders or payment confirmations.
6. Handle basic customer complaints or issues related to orders.
7. Maintain a friendly, helpful, and polite communication style.
