Voice & Non voice process

Work Location - Tin Factory, Bangalore,

Walking Interview Location - Jayanagar 4th block,

6 days of working & Rotational Off, Qualification - PUC, Fresher / Experience can apply,

Salary - Fresher - 17,000 in hand + 21,000 CTC + Incentives.

Experience - 6 Months to 1 Year - 18k in hand + 22,000 CTC + Incentives.

1 Year to 2 Year - 19,000 in hand + 23,000 CTC + Incentives.

2 + Years - 20,000 in hand + 24,000 CTC + Incentives.

Day shift - Boys 07:00 Am to 12:00 Am (Any 9 working hours)

Girls 7:00 Am to 07:00 Pm (Any 9 working hours)

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support, Non-Voice Process Representative, you'll handle Chats from customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints. You'll provide accurate information about products/services. Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills are essential. Basic computer proficiency and flexibility to work varying hours may be required. Customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory, must be good in Typing.
