Visa Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on visa options, eligibility, and application procedures

• Assist with preparation and verification of visa documentation

• Review application forms for accuracy and completeness

• Guide clients on embassy requirements, interviews, and timelines

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and visa regulations

• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities

• Maintain client records and ensure data confidentiality

• Follow up on application status and communicate updates to clients

• Resolve client queries and provide professional support

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of visa processes and immigration policies

• Excellent communication and counseling skills

• High attention to detail and organizational skills

• Customer-service oriented with problem-solving abilities

• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)

• Certification or training in immigration/visa consultancy (added advantage)

• Prior experience as a Visa Counselor or Immigration Consultant preferred

Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience (can be adjusted based on role level)

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
