Key Responsibilities
● Client Onboarding & Documentation
● Handle new client registrations for virtual offices and maintain complete KYC records.
● Coordinate with clients for required legal documents, address proofs, and agreements.
● Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of virtual office agreements and invoices.
Operational Coordination
● Manage correspondence and courier handling for virtual office clients.
● Maintain records of mail received and dispatched, ensuring prompt client notifications.
● Coordinate with the reception and admin teams for documentation and courier logistics.
Compliance & Verification
● Ensure all virtual office clients meet the required compliance under MCA, GST, and other applicable regulations.
● Assist in preparation of address proof letters, NOCs, and other compliance documents.
Communication & Reporting
● Act as the first point of contact for client queries related to virtual office operations.
● Maintain accurate logs, trackers, and reports for all virtual office clients.
● Support management in periodic audits and operational reviews.
Payment & Renewal Management
● Coordinate with the accounts team for invoicing, payment follow-up, and renewals.
● Track client subscription periods and proactively manage renewal communication.
Key Skills & Competencies
1. Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Tamil).
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
4. Knowledge of compliance and documentation related to GST, ROC, or business registration is an advantage.
5. Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
