Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to provide administrative, research, and operational support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently across multiple domains.
Key Responsibilities
Perform web research, data entry, and data management tasks.
Manage emails, calendars, and client communication professionally.
Assist in LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.
Support social media content scheduling and engagement activities.
Update and maintain CRM systems accurately.
Generate reports and maintain spreadsheets or dashboards.
Coordinate with internal teams and external clients on project tasks.
Handle other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and task management software (e.g., Trello, ClickUp, Asana).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of LinkedIn, email tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Lemlist), or web scraping tools is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a diploma in Computer Science or relevant field is advantageous.

Familiarity with international client handling.
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Knowledge of digital marketing basics or lead generation will be a bonus.
