Job Summary
Entry-level role to verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility for U.S. dental offices. Full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, deductibles, annual maximums
Check coverage, frequencies, waiting periods, and limitations
Enter benefit breakdowns in templates/system accurately
Handle verification requests within timelines
Communicate clearly via email/chat/phone
Educational Qualifications
Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, B.A, BCA, etc.)
Required Skills
Good English communication (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Basic insurance concepts (training provided)
Good typing speed and computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, email)
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
BPO/healthcare/RCM internship or experience
Basic U.S. healthcare/customer service knowledge
Salary & Benefits
