Job Responsibilities

1. Verify insurance claims by conducting telephonic and field-level investigations, as required.

2. Contact patients, hospitals, doctors, and policyholders to collect claim-related information.

3. Verify medical records, hospital bills, discharge summaries, and other supporting documents.

4. Conduct background checks and validate the authenticity of claim details.

5. Identify discrepancies, suspicious information, or potential fraudulent claims.

6. Prepare detailed investigation reports and submit them within the given timelines.

7. Coordinate with the internal team for claim verification and case updates.

8. Maintain proper records and ensure confidentiality of customer information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream (preferred).

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).

• Good observation and analytical skills.

• Ability to communicate with hospitals, doctors, and customers.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
