US Collections / Retention

Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US Collections / Retention Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collections, and implementing retention strategies to minimize churn.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries regarding collections and retention in a timely manner.

• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure payment collection and retention of accounts (if required).

• Negotiate payment terms and settlements with customers effectively.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve retention strategies.

• Analyze customer data to identify trends and develop strategies for reducing churn.

• Prepare reports on collection and retention activities for management review.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-8 years of experience in collections or customer retention roles.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (both verbal and written).

• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of US collection laws and regulations is preferred.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service excellence.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
