Owning the customer experience of assigned bus services or routes and providing feedbacks to the captains as well managers about area of improvements
	Resolution of customer complaints while talking to customer and other related stakeholders like captains, driver, helper etc. Checking reports and dashboards as well
	Supervising captains about SOPs, grooming, and their duty roster management
	Ensure in-bus ticket sales target and ratings achievement by captains and guiding them
	Facilitate monthly attendance and reimbursement of assigned captains
	Conducting audits by travelling in the bus once a week to better understand captain issues
	Coordinate with ground staff like bus captains, driver/helpers ensuring compliance & SOP implementation
	Assisting in onboarding new captains with basic guidance and training
