Coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including booking flights, luxury hotels & resorts, transportation, and other related services.
Liaise with airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and service providers to secure the best deals and ensure seamless experiences.
Manage the entire booking process—from initial inquiry to final confirmation—with accuracy and timeliness.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, aiming for complete customer satisfaction.
Assist in developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and guidelines to optimize efficiency.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, incorporating them into company operations.
Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement solutions to enhance productivity and quality.
Graduate/Diploma in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality (preferred).
2–5 years of experience in travel operations or counselling.
Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
Familiarity with booking systems, GDS, or online travel platforms.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
