Customer Support Travel Consultant

We are hiring Travel Consultants for an international travel process. The role involves assisting customers with travel-related requirements, understanding their itinerary needs, providing suitable travel solutions, and delivering a professional customer experience.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, customer-handling ability, and an interest or background in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions related to international travel requirements.

• Understand customer travel preferences, requirements, and itinerary details.

• Assist customers with travel-related queries and service requests.

• Provide accurate information regarding travel services as per process guidelines.

• Handle customer changes, cancellations, modifications, and other travel-related requests where applicable.

• Maintain accurate customer and booking-related information.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

• Follow travel process guidelines and quality standards.

• Maintain customer satisfaction and service-quality benchmarks.

• Work effectively in a high-volume international customer support environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with travel industry/customer service experience will be preferred.

• Candidates should have excellent spoken English.

• Strong customer-handling and communication skills are required.

• Knowledge of travel processes, ticketing, reservations, or travel platforms will be an advantage.

• Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

• Candidates should be willing to work from the Chennai location.
