Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Ticketing Executive, based in Vijayawada. The Ticketing Executive will handle day-to-day ticket sales, assist customers with booking and reservation queries, manage travel-related documentation, and deliver excellent customer service. The role also involves building relationships with clients and ensuring seamless support throughout the booking process.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Ticket Sales and Reservations

• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients

• Customer Service expertise to handle inquiries and provide support

• Experience in Sales and the ability to promote services

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in relevant ticketing and reservation software is an advantage

• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Travel, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
