Hiring: Sr. Executive – Operations (Travel)
Company: Ethics Travel Management Pvt. Ltd.

Role & Responsibilities:

End-to-end travel operations including booking, ticketing, cancellations & invoicing
Handling Corporate, B2B/B2C & MICE operations
Coordination with suppliers (hotels, transport, activities) and payment follow-ups
Client servicing, escalation handling & ensuring service quality

Mandatory Requirement:

Candidates must have prior experience in the Tours & Travel industry (mandatory).

Skills & Expertise:

Hands-on experience with GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)
Strong operational knowledge of tours, packages & travel services
Good communication & coordination skills
