Travel Consultant

Position: Travel Consultant
Location: Nashik
Experience Required: 0–3 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle domestic and international travel inquiries from clients.

2. Design customized travel packages including flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transfers.

3. Provide accurate information about destinations, visas, travel insurance, and requirements.

4. Prepare cost-effective itineraries as per customer needs.

5. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings with proper follow-ups.

6. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and vendors.

7. Handle bookings for flights, hotels, buses, trains, and holiday packages.

8. Manage documentation such as vouchers, tickets, and travel confirmations.

9. Ensure excellent customer service before and after travel.

10. Maintain proper records of bookings, payments, and client details.

11. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.

12. Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Knowledge of travel destinations and tour packages.

• Experience with booking portals (B2B/B2C) will be an added advantage.

• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

• Basic computer and internet knowledge required.
