About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Tour Coordinator to join our travel operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating domestic tours while ensuring smooth execution and excellent customer experiences.
Job Description:
The Tour Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating travel tours to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. This role involves managing itineraries, liaising with vendors, handling guests, and resolving issues during tours.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, organize, and coordinate domestic tour itineraries
· Arrange transportation, accommodation, meals, and sightseeing activities
· Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and vendors
· Communicate tour details clearly to clients and tour guides
· Manage tour schedules and ensure timely execution of activities
· Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
· Monitor tour budgets and control costs
· Manage documentation such as booking confirmations, vouchers, and reports
· Handle unexpected situations, emergencies, or itinerary changes efficiently
· Collect customer feedback and prepare post-tour reports

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
· 1–3 years of experience in tour coordination or travel operations (preferred)
· Knowledge of travel regulations, and safety standards is an advantage
