Job Summary:
Holiday Square is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Tele Travel Consultant to assist clients with their travel needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information on travel packages, and ensuring a smooth booking experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle incoming inquiries and make outbound calls to potential customers regarding travel packages, flights, hotels, and holiday plans.
· Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable travel options.
· Provide detailed information about destinations, itineraries, pricing, and services.
· Assist clients in booking flights, accommodations, and holiday packages.
· Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships to generate repeat business.
· Process payments, issue invoices, and ensure seamless coordination of travel services.
· Stay updated with the latest travel trends, offers, and industry policies.
· Handle customer queries and resolve any travel-related concerns professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.
· Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
· Knowledge of travel destinations, visa requirements, and tour packages is an advantage.
· Customer-oriented approach with persuasive sales abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and travel booking platforms.
· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
