Travel Consultant

Job Summary:

Arihant Trip Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Travel Executive to manage end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements for clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for booking flights, hotels, and related services while delivering a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end air ticketing (domestic & international) including fare calculation, reservations, issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.

• Make hotel bookings (domestic & international) based on client preferences, budget, and availability.

• Provide travel consultation and itinerary planning based on customer needs.

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel service providers to ensure accurate and timely confirmations.

• Assist clients with travel insurance, and other travel-related queries if required.

• Keep up-to-date with airline rules, fare updates, and travel advisories.

• Manage bookings using online portals.

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, client profiles, and invoicing.

• Address and resolve customer issues or complaints related to travel arrangements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in travel bookings (airline and hotel), minimum 1-3 years preferred.

• Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).

• Good knowledge of domestic and international routes, fare structures, and travel trends.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple bookings with attention to detail and timelines.

• Basic knowledge of travel documents is a plus.

• Customer-first attitude and problem-solving approach.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream. A diploma/certificate in travel & tourism is preferred.
