Position Overview:-

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Tour & Travel Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing travel itineraries, managing bookings, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring clients enjoy seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Plan and organize domestic and international travel packages.

- Handle flight, hotel, transport, and activity bookings.

- Provide clients with detailed itineraries, travel tips, and visa guidance.

- Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel partners.

- Resolve customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels.

- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and seasonal offers.

- Manage social media promotions and contribute to marketing campaigns (optional, if role overlaps with branding).

Required Skills & Competencies:-

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations and tourism industry.

- Proficiency in booking platforms and MS Office tools.

- Ability to multitask and handle client requirements efficiently.

- Problem-solving attitude with customer-first approach.

- Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
