The Travel Operations Executive is responsible for managing and executing travel arrangements for B2B clients. This role involves handling online booking systems, creating bookings and vouchers, and providing excellent customer service to business partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Online System Management: Proficiently navigate and utilize various online booking platforms (GDS, Galileo, Amadeus) to search for availability, compare prices, and make reservations for flights, accommodations, transfers, tours, and other travel services.

  • Booking and Voucher Creation: Accurately process bookings, generate confirmations, and issue travel vouchers/documents in a timely manner. Ensure all details are correct and comply with company standards and supplier agreements.

  • B2B Client Handling: Act as a primary point of contact for B2B clients, responding to inquiries, providing travel advice, and offering customized travel solutions based on their specific needs and budgets.

  • Itinerary Planning: Prepare detailed travel itineraries for destinations, considering factors such as flight schedules, local regulations and client preferences.

  • Supplier Coordination: Liaise with airlines, tour operators, and other travel suppliers or agents to negotiate rates, secure bookings, and resolve any operational issues.

  • Problem Solving and Customer Support: Proactively identify and resolve any booking discrepancies, refund and cancellation, travel disruptions, or client complaints, ensuring minimal inconvenience and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destination information, and industry regulations related to international travel.

·         Must have effective communication skills.

·         Candidate should be active listener and speaker.

·         Candidate should be empathetic in nature.
