Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and travel partners.
Promote hotel rooms, banquet halls, conference facilities, and special packages.
Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel presentations.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare quotations, contracts, and negotiate pricing with clients.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with the reservations, front office, and operations teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and local business meetings to generate leads.
Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM system.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Upsell hotel services such as restaurants, spa, airport transfers, and event packages.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Required Skills

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or business development.
Experience with corporate sales, travel agencies, or OTA partnerships is an advantage.
