Profile- Telesales Executive
Location- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
On site job- Full time job opportunity
Working days- 6 days working and 1 week off.
Salary slab- 15 to 18k in hand salary
Responsibilities
 Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the Indiamart product
 Answer questions about products or the company
 Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
 Enter and update customer information in the database
 Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
 Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
 Meet required sales targets on weekly / monthly basis
 Complete Daily / week Inputs targets ( Talktime & Product Demonstration on call)
Requirements and skills
 Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales role
 Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
 Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
 Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
 Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & objection handling skills
 Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
 Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to overcome objections
 Graduate in any stream is a mandate (Result awaited / pursuing graduation will not be considered)
 Executive needs to have an Android mobile phone
 Pan Card / Aadhar Card availability is mandatory
Location- Vibhuti Khand, Lucknow
