About the Role

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team in the Stock Market & Broking sector. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a basic understanding of the stock market.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective clients through calls and explain company products and services.

- Generate leads and convert potential clients into customers through effective communication and follow-ups.

- Explain basic concepts related to Stock Market, Equity, Trading and Demat Accounts to clients.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information about available services.

- Achieve assigned sales and calling targets.

- Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.

- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

- Basic knowledge of Stock Market, Share Market and Broking.

- Understanding of Equity, Trading & Demat Accounts will be an advantage.

- Strong sales and customer-handling skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

- Ability to communicate confidently with clients.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
