We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at Dfly International Private Limited to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Education. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹18,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities.
Understand candidates' educational background and recommend suitable programs.
Convert inquiries into admissions by providing effective counseling.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
Schedule counseling sessions, campus visits, or online meetings.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for a smooth enrollment process.
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 2 years of experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift.
