5S PRODUCTION FILMS is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. We specialize in wedding photography, pre-wedding shoots, cinematic wedding films, and event photography.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients over calls, explaining our services, following up on inquiries, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries.

• Explain our wedding photography, pre-wedding shoot, and cinematic film packages.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.

• Convert interested leads into confirmed bookings.

• Follow up with prospective clients through calls and WhatsApp.

• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the sales and production teams for client requirements.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good Hindi communication skills; basic English is an advantage.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in handling outbound calls and customer inquiries.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.

• Target-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
