Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell two-wheeler loan products
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, interest rates, and repayment terms
• Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion and loan disbursement
• Stay updated on loan policies, product features, and market trends
• Coordinate with field sales teams, dealer partners, and backend operations for successful lead closures
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly
• Handle customer queries, objections, and escalations professionally
