TELEOPERATOR
Job Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
• Respond to customer enquiries and direct them to the concerned department.
• Maintain visitor and call records accurately.
• Coordinate customer appointments and follow-ups.
• Support showroom promotional activities and customer engagement.
• Ensure the reception area is neat and presentable.
• Handle customer concerns and escalate when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
