About the Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to support our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with job seekers, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential candidates through phone calls and explain job opportunities.

• Screen candidates based on job requirements.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance and feedback.

• Maintain regular communication with clients for interview coordination.

• Update candidate information and recruitment records in the database.

• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of open positions.

• Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 0–1 year of experience in Telecalling, Telemarketing, Customer Support, or Recruitment (Freshers are welcome).

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.

• Positive attitude with excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
