Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the telecalling team responsible for collections.
Allocate daily calling targets and monitor performance.
Ensure timely follow-up with overdue customers to achieve recovery targets.
Maintain MIS reports on call status, PTPs (Promise to Pay), and collection outcomes.
Train and mentor telecallers on effective communication, compliance, and negotiation.
Escalate high-risk or non-cooperative cases to higher management.
Ensure adherence to company’s code of conduct, regulatory norms, and DNC (Do Not Call) guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
12th Pass & Graduate in any discipline(Not Medical field).
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in collections, preferably in NBFC or BFSI.
Strong team management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient in MS Office and telecalling tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knows MS Excel (Pivot & V-Lookup and formulas)
