About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide a team of calling agents.

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.

• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with a problem-solving approach.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Ensure timely and relevant solutions are provided to all customer concerns.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.

• Monitor team performance and help meet KPIs such as:

  • Call handling time

  • Customer satisfaction

  • Resolution rate

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 10+ (Higher Secondary)

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer support, recovery, collections, or a similar domain.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership abilities and team management experience preferred.

• Open to working a 6-day schedule during Day Shift hours.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
