• You will Built, trained and coached fundraising team of face to face & door 2 door fund raising executives.

• You will be responsible for managing self & team’s performance in accordance with agreed income targets

• You will prepare and deliver reports for management on team performance, on daily/weekly/monthly basis.

• You will work with the team and will help them to do their best, during the street or permission activities.

• You will guide/train & support them to achieve incentives.
