Maintain client records and follow up on leads.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth travel arrangements.
Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer and internet knowledge.
Knowledge of travel destinations, hotels, and booking platforms preferred.
Ability to handle customer queries with professionalism and patience.
