We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Team Leader to manage our sales team and coordinate with our growing network of authorized dealers across India. This role includes handling client communications, overseeing IndiaMART leads, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the internal sales team.
Pitch dealership opportunities and manage onboarding.
Maintain client and dealer relationships.
Handle IndiaMART account and incoming calls.
Forward leads to relevant departments or close them directly.
Coordinate with regional heads for North and South India.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or team handling.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Basic understanding of sales documents and CRM tools.
