Job Description

We are looking for a Telecalling Team Leader to join our team at Prayagdas Tomar Computer Education Private Limited. Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

Job Requirements:

You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
